Registration fee includes cost of conference material, certificate, lunch for 2 days and tea /snacks for 2 days.

Limited "Hostel Accommodation & Food" will be available only for female participants on a first come first serve basis at Rs.350/- per day.

Call for Scientific Paper/ Poster Presentation

The Scientific Paper to be presented in the Conference should be relevant to the Conference theme with focus on any one of the Conference Sub-themes mentioned above. All papers will be assessed by the Executive committee and only then will be approved for presentation. Time allotted for each presentation would be 10 minutes. Only registered delegates can present a paper/poster presentation.

Abstracts of not more than 250 words may be typed on A4 paper, in Times New Roman Font, size 12, in the following format.

• Title and content of the paper (IMRAD format)
• Name of the author and co-authors
• Department and institution
• Address with email Id
• Preferred presentation aid
• Signature of the presenting author

 

The presentation material should reach the Organizing Chairperson on or before 22nd September. 2012 and should consist of the hard and soft copy of abstract and slides for the presentation as a power point file.

Poster Presentation:

Poster Size: 4 ft X 3 ft.
Entries could be as individuals or in groups of up to 3 individuals.
Best poster/paper will be awarded.

Note: A fees of Rs.250/- should be paid for scientific paper/ poster presentation along with the registration fees.
